Accounts and authentication
Your email is used for account creation and one-time sign-in messages. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; account sessions last seven days. API credentials are stored as hashes.
Service usage
The backend processes requests, IP addresses, timestamps and aircraft subscriptions to operate the service, enforce quotas and diagnose faults. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of account data, subject to applicable retention duties.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics remains disabled until you accept optional analytics. Reopen Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Events cover page views and product milestones. The configured payload excludes email addresses, private API keys and sign-in tokens. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. Google may process consented usage data on its infrastructure.
Payments
When paid checkout is enabled, Stripe processes payment details in its hosted checkout. The application receives payment identifiers and subscription status; card details are entered on Stripe.
Storage and your choices
An essential cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage remembers your analytics choice. Keys entered in the flight-history tool stay in page memory. Contact the operator to withdraw consent or exercise applicable privacy rights, including raising a concern with the relevant supervisory authority.
